Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Technology: Online sessions require internet access and a device capable of video calls. Offbeat Olio is not responsible for connection issues on the client side.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
Emergency Exceptions: Life happens — if an emergency arises, please reach out. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Workshops/Events: Refunds for group workshops or events are available up to 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise specified at the time of registration.
