Harm reduction tools to reduce risk, strengthen safety, and encourage integration at your own pace
Each session is tailored to your needs—whether that’s gentle grounding, structured reflection, or practical steps for bringing insights into daily life.
This work is about holding space for your wholeness, not directing your path. You remain the expert of your own experience; I am here as a steady presence, witness, and guide.

While our society offers a safe and personal transition to come into life; it has distanced us from the transition of death and the leaving this world.
I am a death doula, also known as an end-of-life doula or educator/organizer. I offer non-medical support and guidance to individuals who are nearing the end of their lives, as well as their families.
These services often complement those of medical professionals, hospice teams, and therapists. Death Doula services help bridge the gap between our society and death and dying.
I am not alone, we are a community collective.
